Who is responsible for this. The policies of Central Govt and bossism by top steel boses like Jindals, Tatas and Mittals in controlling the Market. Now it is the Central Govt should take some major decisions to stop all the exports and develope domestic market to correct the situation. Then whole private and public sector will correct in turn thier policies. Now it is the Central Govt should take major part in control the Exports and there by the prices of Steel so that small
sector can prevail in the Market.
