Central Excise Dept

It is very much strange the dept does not care for its Customers and try all wild means to control its Customers. The Department act only when there is a Complaint lodged against a particular Company.It is very strange the Central Govt does not bother about this matter. The Central Excise Department should conduct training sessions to the clients so that the rules are easily implemented and absorbed and the central Govt will be benefited by getting a good revenue Hello Commerce ministry what do u say
