Traffic Rules to be amended

Now a days a lot of accidents are taking place  which are of different reasons 

1) Un trained and minor people driving vehicles
2) Not following traffic rules like simple rule like one way and driving vehicles in reverse direction
    Which is meant for forward direction
3) Having  very bright lights in front which make opposite vehicle not able to view the Opposite
     Vehicle properly.
4) Rash driving at maximum speed resulting in collision
5) Very badly maintained vehicles on roads
6) Traffic Police neglecting and not acting on false driven vehciles


Following are the cares need to be taken 

1) All Vehicles should be permitted with a proper driving licence
2) Traffic Police need to regulate the traffic rules and need to take action on drivers who do not follow
     traffic rules.
3)  Should not allow minor peopleed to be drive the vehicls so also allow people to drive vehicles with
     proper driving licence.
4) Roads need to be maintained without block holes
5) Speed need to be verified and take action speedy driving
6) The Front lights should be narrowed down with a black paint
7) If any vehicles run in Opposite directions ,one of the vehicle should switch of lights so that
    opposite vehicle is clearly seen
