It has been seen due to the inefficient ruling of Congress and corruption and indiscipline prevailing in the
region . The development of regions is not uniform. Concentration has been focused only on
Hyderabad, all the major governing bodies have been established . Whole state population have
a special affection on the City. Many politicians belonging to Congress have establishments running
in the City of Hyderabad.
Surprisingly knowingly the Central Govt led by again Congress has announced the formation of Separate
state of Telangana dividing the State and the agitation has erupted in the seemandhra region.
The Central Govt has taken an unilateral decision announcing the division of State and leaders and
people are not mentally prepared for this. Even the Chief Minister of State feel that this is not the
proper time for division of State.
I am having a solution for this. Without dividing the state , the administration of some of Andhra regions
must be given telangana region and they should be given a target for the development ,just like improving
the Revenue Collection, maintenance of law and Order and Vice Versa. Andhra region feel the ownership
of Hyderabad as they claim that they have developed. Hence the administration of Hyderabad should be
given to Andhra region and monitor the progress.
In substitution to Hyderabad , Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam should be given to Telangana region
and monitor the progress. The time span must be one year and if there is development in the regions
a referundum is conducted the pattern of which decide the fate of State.
In this Connection Yanam in Konaseema may be taken as an example which is under the administration
of Pondichery ( Union Territory)
